    Due to the individual craftsmanship involved in every piece produced in our factory, Seidayee accept returns in condition. You may exchange merchandise in accordance with the exchange policy set forth below. Exchanges of merchandise which are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by Seidayee and will be sent back to you.

    Exchange period
    You may exchange merchandise purchased on the Website. The package containing the merchandise to be exchanged must be deposited with the shipper within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.

    Exchange process
    If you wish to exchange merchandise, you must comply with the following steps:
    Call +86-0755-25604894 or email [email protected] to request an exchange authorization. Seidayee will send a return shipping label to you. The shipping label is only valid on the date specified on the shipping label. Include the merchandise and all items and documents included with the merchandise in its original box. All shipments must be double boxed using new, unused Express shipping boxes. For example, the merchandise must be put in its original box, inside a Express medium box, inside a Express large box. Seal the delivery package and affix the return shipping label.Drop off the package at any staffed Express location (no drop boxes) or call Express to arrange for pick-up. If you call to arrange for pick-up, the package must be scanned into the Express system before the driver leaves the place of pick-up. You must obtain and keep your receipt. You must keep proof of return shipment.Seidayee accepts no liability in the event you are unable to produce such proof. Only merchandise received by Seidayee will be eligible for exchange. Upon receiving the merchandise, Seidayee will verify that the merchandise satisfies the conditions of the exchange policy.

    Conditions to exchange merchandise
    Seidayee products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Seidayee will not accept for exchange any merchandise that shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

    Seidayee will not accept exchanges on any special orders, sized, altered, or engraved pieces.

    All exchanges will be subject to strict review to ensure that the merchandise satisfies Seidayee standards. If the merchandise does not meet these standards, Seidayee will refuse the exchange and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer. If the merchandise satisfies these standards, Seidayee will proceed with the exchange.
